Welcome to Country House Fogliani . . .
In the green Umbria region, between Todi and Spoleto, 450 m above the sea level, on the slopes of the Monti Martani, in a historic farmhouse rises the Fogliani Holiday House. Near the medieval town of Giano dell’Umbria, located in a geographic triangle whose vertices are Todi, Spoleto and Montefalco.
The house has 4 apartments carefully restored, where the appearance and the original atmosphere remains unchanged. The ceilings with the original oak beams, the walls made with stones and the country style furniture give a tidy and welcoming atmosphere.
Each apartment has its own entrance and is equipped with kitchen, toilets, central heating, water, electricity, gas, Wi-Fi free. The apartments also have shared covered parking.
Our facility, as the typical Casa vacanza Spoleto, has panoramic views of the hills, and it’s surrounded by olive trees, a wood with a brook, vineyards, a garden with trees equipped with benches and rustic wooden tables, a XVIIth century stone oven, barbeque. We can also offer guided walks in the wood to harvest truffles with our truffle dogs, and then have the chance to taste this precious “black gold” in the typical dishes of the Umbrian cuisine.
The most remarkable value of Fogliani Holiday House is its location, away from sources of air and noise pollution, surrounded by a magnificent panoramic view. If you are looking for culture and nature, serenity and spirituality, a holiday as an antidote to daily stress to recharge soul, body and mind… this is the place, in our farmhouse framed by an idyllic and evocative atmosphere.
Despite being a quiet place, the nearest village, Bastardo, is just 2 km far. There you can find all the services you may need, including: banks, post office, supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, pharmacy, shops, etc. and is easily connected with important towns such as Todi, Spoleto, Assisi, Foligno, Montefalco, Spello, Bevagna, Perugia.
Ideal for guests who want to stay in full relax, enjoy the tranquility surrounded by nature, and for those who love to move for cultural and recreational interests.
